WEDDING: Joyce

Joyce is a good friend of mine from university and it was so exciting and such a pleasure to get her ready on her big day last November. For her makeup, we went for a soft and fresh look to give Joyce a healthy glow - mostly pinks and purples eyeshadows. She doesn’t usually wear makeup so she didn’t want to look too ‘done’. The results were fabulous with lots of positive feedback from family and friends! I also had the opportunity to get her mom dolled up and touch-up her dad (men’s application first!). For her lovely mom, we kept the look classic with deep and rich rose lip (Dry Rose by Laura Mercier) and dark green smokey eye (Shiseido). 

For her wedding, Joyce got uber-talented Calla Evans as photographers.  Ever since i first laid eyes on Calla's stunning work years ago she has been one of my favourite photographers in Toronto.  Her work is always fresh and artistic, capturing every important moment wonderfully!  Needless to say, i was so excited to meet her and get a chance to work along side her.  Everything she photographs turns out absolutely beautifully.

Calla was such a cutie and sweetheart and supplied these extra shots to me.  Can't wait to work with her again!
